Shipping & Delivery
The product will be shiped within 7 BUSINESS DAYS of recieving payment. The customer will be notified if order is delayed, and we will inform the customer with the revised shipping date in the Delay Notice. Customer is allowed to agree to a delay or to cancel an order. If the order is canceled you will recieve store credit. We use the following carrier to deliver your product: USPS. Cutomer's tracking number is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. JC Fashion Bows is in no way responsible for any damage to the order while in transit to the buyer.

Tracking Your Order
 When cutomer recieve their email that their "Order has been shipped" it should include the tracking information. Please note that some orders using 1st Class USPS mail will not have tracking numbers.
Easy Exchanges
There are NO REFUNDS, we only do excahnges. The product must be in original state. The customer has a maximum of 7 BUSINESS DAYS to exchange item. Exchange will be rejected if the item shows obvious signs of use. Customer pays for the cost of shipping when item is exchanged.

Store Credit
If the customer wish not to exchange an item, they can recieve store credit. Store credit is transferrable and is only valid for a year.
Children Policy
Children are not eligible to use our Websites. We ask that minors (under the age of 18) only use our Websites in conjunction with their parents or guardians. If a child under 13 submits information through any part of our Website, and JC Fashion Bows becomes aware that the person submitting the information is a child under 13, we will attempt to delete this information as soon as possible. Because we do not ask for or knowingly collect any personal information from or about children under 13, we do not use or disclose such information to third parties.
